The candidate would have a strong network of contacts and investment possibilities across the Europe, the UK, and the GCC region.
[ Responsibilities ]
Direct the overall real estate investment strategy.
Oversee the current and future portfolio of real estate assets.
Find investment opportunities and trends through thorough market analysis. Locate, assess, and carry out real estate investment opportunities.
Report regularly to leadership and investors on portfolio and market conditions.
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with investors, partners, and others.
[ Requirements ]
Extensive experience of at least 14 years in acquiring real estate assets.
Proven track record of investing in real estate funds and individual properties across the USA, Europe, UK, and GCC.
Well-connected network to find and pursue real estate investment opportunities and partnerships, with a particular focus on the UK and Europe.
Adept at data analysis and financial modeling.
Capable of leading a team and function.
