The candidate will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with teams to achieve excellent results.

Oversee and direct a team of 10 sales professionals.
Develop and maintain good client relationships.
Grow the institutional business in line with targets set by senior management.
Effectively promote the company's products and services to maintain sales conversion rates.
Monitor sales metrics, set objectives, and align the team with business priorities.
Foster a driven culture through guidance and development.
Study market trends and competitor actions to find new openings.
Confirm the team adheres to relevant regulations.
[ Requirements ]
Fluent in Arabic.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in the cryptocurrency & FX industry.
Strong knowledge of payment processing technologies and trends in the cryptocurrency & FX industry.
Proven leadership skills that inspire and motivate a sales team.
