Junior Application Developer
Job Description
Development, maintenance, and customization support to users on Applications. Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.
Responsibilities
- Development of day to day windows/web based Business applications
- Assisting in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, and estimates
- Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications.
- Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
- Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Providing Support and maintenance of software and generic applications
- Working with teammates in the migration of older applications to current version.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Providing support to the business and technical users.
- Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
- Consulting manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences / Information Systems or equivalent
Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in the field
- Sound knowledge of DOT Net Framework and business processes.
