Job Description

This role will be a part of the leadership team for KSA with end-to-end PnL ownership for a large part of the business. The role will entail building the business from 0 to 1 and then scaling it from 1 to 100. Specifically, the Category head will be expected to deliver on the following

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the market in detail and defining the customer journey for service delivery
  • Defining the supply model and service delivery playbook
  • Shaping our customer acquisition strategy to unlock growth for the business
  • Expanding our offering to multiple cities in KSA while maintaining a very high customer NPS
  • Building her own high performing team to achieve the expected scale-up
  • Demonstrated growth in existing company in terms of level achieved
  • Extremely sharp analytically with clear ability to define monthly and quarterly plans
  • First principle thinking and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Someone with a zeal to build their own business
  • Extremely high ownership, ability to function under constantly changing and at-times ambiguous situations, and willingness to get their hands dirty

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics, MBA or professional certificates preferred

Experience

4-5 Years in a top tier consulting firm (McK, BCG, Bain) or few years at a consulting firm and then working at a consumer focused start-up.
