Job Description

Responsible for contributing to the preparation of budgets for the concerned and governmental authorities in coordination with the various organizational units, monitoring and following up the implementation of these budgets set by all concerned authorities and submitting related reports.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the policies and procedures for budgets and monitor the implementation of these policies and directions in the concerned authorities in the financial department.
  • Review reports related to the expenditures of the concerned and governmental authorities and prepare reports on deviations and abuses.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of budget models and their guidelines.
  • Contribute to the plans development to monitor budgets to ensuring that financial activities are compatible with cash flows.
  • Analyze and study the gaps that may appear in the budgets established and when they are applied and suggest sustainable solutions and recommendations and submit it to the direct manager for review.
  • Develop appropriate policies, procedures and processes for cost analysis and prepare the necessary reports to achieve the respective objectives.
  • Summarize and interpret the results that emerge from the implementation of the established budget plans and submit them to the direct manager and the concerned authorities for review.
  • Present appropriate proposals and solutions if some of the concerned parties are unable to adhere to the established and specified budget.
  • Prepare reports periodical and budgets to be clarified and summarized.Perform budgets in general and submit them to the concerned authorities for consideration.
  • Provide the necessary support to the direct manager, and perform any other related tasks assigned to him
  • Participate in meetings and workshops with the concerned and governmental authorities to clarify the instructions for the draft preparation and implementation of budgets
  • Participate in the process of analyzing budgets and ensure that they are prepared and implemented according to instructions and allocations
  • Respond to the requests of the concerned authorities regarding amendments to the budget

Education

A Bachelor’s degree or higher, in the field of accounting or its equivalent in a similar specialty suitable to the job duties
