Job Description

Above position is responsible for Sales and related works and Marketing in selected markets / segments in Qatar and Saudi. Also responsible for managing the relationships with assigned Local Key Accounts, Interior Designers, Consultants, Architects operating in Qatar and Saudi in coordination with Business Development Manager – Saudi / Qatar / Bahrain. Driving License and fluent communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory for this position. Reports to Business Development Manager- KSA, Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain

Responsibilities

  • To drive Sales and marketing of Company products in selected markets / segments of Qatar and Saudi.
  • Fulfilment of Sales budget and profitability responsibility for assigned markets/ segments
  • Research available information to find potential accounts in both retrofit and new development projects.
  • To Manage selected Key Accounts (Local KA, ELV Consultants, Architects, Interior designers in the assigned region including pricing, establishment of long-term agreements and managing these key relationships
  • To Manage business development with Key Accounts including establishing relationships with them, identifying new customers, and establishing relationships with them, and maintaining existing relationships with customers
  • To make sure all overdue payments are paid on time and manage receivables effectively.
  • To provide Management Monthly forecast report, Quarterly forecasts etc for Sales.
  • Provide Weekly activities/ Sales report and manage CRM efficiently.
  • To prepare Annual budgets in coordination with Business Development Manager.
  • To do value selling and implement Company value strategy approach.
  • Responsible for Company’s clients’ overall satisfaction with product line in assigned area.
  • Review contracts documents and make necessary changes/ amendments as per Companies policies.
  • Attend project meetings mainly related to Commercial part.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Proactively gathering business intelligence and information regarding potential competitors, contracts, etc. of global key accounts.
  • Presales & Project Submittal preparations.
  • Job responsibilities can be modified time to time based on organizational needs.
