Job Description

Managing the planning and organization of all human resources work in the Department by providing qualified staff and covering all human resources needs for manpower planning, recruitment, personnel management, staff performance management, training,and development. Reporting to Director of Corporate Affairs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that records of attendance, departure, employee leave, and coordination are kept with the relevant salary calculation unit in accordance with the relevant policies.
  • Supervising the follow-up process of implementing and adhering to human resources policies and procedures.
  • Supervisingthe development and submission of progress reports, proposals, and presentations onpersonnel affairs. ​
  • Ensure that the electronic human resources system is managed and continuously updated to ensure that human resources operations are carried out efficiently
  • Ensuring that different organizational units are committed to implementing human resources regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure justice and equal opportunities for staff
  • Identify, develop, and implement activities, programs, tools, and procedures to enhance employee participation and stimulate a culture of high performance, excellence, and innovation in the department.

Employment And Workforce Planning

  • Supervising the recruitment process in coordination with the relevant organizational units, conducting recruitment interviews, processing all their needs, and representing human resources management in interview committees.
  • Supervising the development of manpower plans in coordination with the relevant organizational units to ensure that all qualified staff need the department to carry out its tasks and specialties.
  • Supervising the development of plans for attracting competencies and diversifying their sources.
  • Managing the career development plan for all employees of thedepartment.
  • Ensure that behavioral and technical competencies are applied and linked to the performance ofemployees.

Employee Performance Management 

  • Supervising the management of thefunctional performance evaluation system and ensuring that the system is activated with the highest transparency to achieve the optimal use of human resources considering the objectives and future vision of the Financial Department.
  • Supervising the development of the department’s performance management framework and following up its implementation in coordination with all organizational units in the department.

 Training And Development

  • Supervising the training and career development process (including analysis of training and training requirements and staff career development requirements) and conducting an assessment to measure the impact of training processes.
  • Ensure that internal training plans are prepared to meet all the training needs of the organizational units to ensure the development of the behavioral and technical competencies that the department’s staff need to perform their duties.
  • Provide the necessary support to the direct president and carry out any other related tasksassigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or its equivalent in a similar discipline commensurate with career tasks

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience for bachelor’s degree campaign
